We are a national 501(c)(3) philanthropic fund investing in local leadership, data, and cultural infrastructure to build the systems equity needs.  Every dollar fuels scalable models across health, education, economy, environment, civic life, and leadership.

Fiscal Sponsorship at IncludUs Fund

Helping bold, community-led ideas grow — with the infrastructure equity needs to thrive.

What Fiscal Sponsorship Means

The IncludUs Fund serves as a fiscal sponsor for projects aligned with our mission to engineer inclusive systems.
We provide nonprofit infrastructure — including legal, financial, and compliance management — so visionary leaders can focus on impact, not administration.

We handle:

  • Donation and grant management (501(c)(3) status)

  • Financial reporting and compliance

  • Tax receipting and fund disbursement

  • Contracts and vendor payments

  • Program evaluation and storytelling support

Projects gain:

  • Immediate access to nonprofit status for fundraising

  • Shared credibility with national funders

  • Strategic guidance, communications, and data support

Who We Sponsor

We sponsor initiatives that share our values of equity, access, and community leadership — particularly those led by and serving Latino, Black, Indigenous, and AAPI communities. The mission of the project should also be within our six systems that are part of our strategy for creating system change. See below:

Civic Engagement

Projects and campaigns that strengthen democracy through culture, music, and trusted messengers.

Leadership

Projects that work towards the goal of ensuring decision-making spaces reflect the diversity and talent of the nation.

Education

Projects focused on education access from STEAM scholarships to leadership coaching.

Health

Projects that connect people to care, and make mental well-being a public right — not a private luxury.

Economy

Projects that connect people to jobs, capital, and mentorship — helping families and entrepreneurs build stability and wealth with dignity.

Environment

Projects that ensure frontline communities are at the center of the clean energy transition, climate and environmental justice.
