Our Work
IncludUs advances durable community power by deploying Community Engineering™ across core system domains and place-based partnerships.

Our work is not organized around standalone programs. It is structured around infrastructure deployment — aligning culture, governance, capital, and accountability to build systems that endure.
Systems Domains
Community Engineering™ is applied across three interconnected domains:
Civic Infrastructure
We strengthen participatory governance by integrating trusted cultural leadership with institutional decision-making systems.
This includes:
• Civic engagement infrastructure
• Trusted messenger networks
• Narrative power platforms
• Governance capacity building

These initiatives strengthen democratic participation while embedding community legitimacy into civic systems.
Community Wellbeing & Climate Resilience
We align health equity, environmental justice, and clean energy systems with durable community ownership.
This includes:
• Climate and clean energy activation
• Environmental justice engagement
• Culturally-rooted health systems
• Tree Planting for Farming Communities

These deployments connect public health, environmental sustainability, and economic opportunity within structured institutional frameworks.
Leadership & Economic Mobility
We build leadership ecosystems and economic systems that compound power across generations.
This includes:
• Workforce pathway alignment
• Place-based economic mobility partnerships
• Leadership development cohorts
• Data and narrative platforms

These deployments strengthen long-term opportunity infrastructure and institutional accountability.
Strategic Deployments
An environmental justice program driving clean energy adoption, green workforce development and planting trees in underserved communities.

Pertenecemos (We Belong) reframes how immigrant communities see themselves — turning fear into belonging, and belonging into power. Through music, art, storytelling, and cultural events, we build the narrative infrastructure immigrants need to claim their place, pursue citizenship, and lead in their communities.
Goals: 1M new naturalization applications, 20M Latinos engaged, 2025-2028.

For 2026: 25,000+ new voters registered, 50,000+ mobilized, 1,000 leaders trained. 501(c)(3) nonpartisan.
