IncludUs is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds governance infrastructure to make community power durable.

We align culture, capital, and accountability across civic life, community wellbeing, climate resilience, and economic mobility — ensuring that trusted community leadership is embedded within institutional systems, not positioned outside of them.

Most institutions struggle not because communities lack engagement, but because their systems were never designed to integrate community leadership, decision-making authority, and operational capacity. IncludUs redesigns that alignment. We engineer durable systems that translate inclusion from aspiration into institutional reality.
