Theory of the Case
THE PROBLEM
Structural inequities persist across civic, economic, health, and environmental systems — disproportionately harming Black, Latino, Indigenous, and AAPI communities. These inequities are sustained by underinvestment in leadership, cultural misrepresentation, exclusion from data, narrative and decision-making power.
WHAT IS MISSING
The infrastructure to scale and amplify community power with the same sophistication as traditional institutions: tools, funding, media strategy, narrative support and decision-making influence.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
When communities lead with their voices, data, and narratives, systemic change becomes possible. Cultural expression is not just art—it is a strategic tool. Opportunities flourish when those most affected are centered, resourced, and made visible.
OUR THEORY
IncludUs bridges the gap between possibility and power. By integrating community-rooted programming, narrative infrastructure, and data-driven strategies, we equip movements with the tools to envision and implement lasting systemic change.
OUR ROLE
We are community engineers — designing the connective infrastructure between grassroots vision and institutional power. We bridge movements and governance, healing and policy, narrative and data. Through fiscal sponsorship, storytelling, and leadership development, we don’t just scale programs — we engineer belonging.
