We provide fiscal sponsorship, operational support, and catalytic funding to community-led initiatives that align with our mission. Through our 501(c)(3), funders can invest in early-stage and movement-aligned projects with confidence, knowing they’re backed by expert compliance, data systems, and real-time coaching.

We equip nonprofit teams, ERGs, and community leaders with the leadership training, strategic frameworks, and coaching they need to scale impact and sustain change. Our leadership pipeline supports civic, corporate, and entrepreneurial leaders of color with a focus on wellness, inclusion, and systems-thinking.
